General terms and conditions

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements and offers between the entrepreneur and the customer, which are made via the web shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
3. Offer of products
The offer of products in the web shop is without obligation and can be changed by the entrepreneur at any time. Prices are listed in the web shop and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
4. Ordering and agreement
The customer can place an order via the web shop by placing products in the shopping basket and filling in the order form and then confirming the order. An agreement is concluded when the customer has completed the order and the entrepreneur has confirmed the order via an order confirmation.
5. Payments
The customer can make payment via the payment methods available in the web shop, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and so on. The customer is obliged to pay the amount due immediately after placing the order.
6. Delivery and shipment
The entrepreneur will take the greatest possible care when receiving and executing the order of products. The place of delivery is the address that the client has made known to the entrepreneur. Taking into account what is stated in article 4 of these general terms and conditions, the entrepreneur will execute accepted orders with due speed but no later than 30 days, unless another delivery period has been agreed. Shipping costs will be clearly stated and charged during the ordering process.
7. Right of withdrawal and return
The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the products without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). The customer can return the products provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging. The costs of return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that:
- Have been custom-made or adapted.
- Have been sealed and whose seal has been broken after delivery for hygienic reasons.
9. Warranty and complaints
The entrepreneur guarantees that the products meet the usual requirements and standards upon delivery. If a product is defective, the customer can lodge a complaint with the entrepreneur. The complaint will be dealt with within a reasonable period. If the complaint is justified, the customer is entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
10. Liability
The entrepreneur is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the products, unless such damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of the entrepreneur.
11. Privacy and data processing
The entrepreneur processes the customer's personal data according to the web shop's privacy policy, which is available on the website. The customer agrees to the processing of his personal data for processing the order and for other purposes as described in the privacy policy.
12. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights relating to the products, texts, images and other content on the web shop remain the property of the entrepreneur, unless otherwise indicated. The customer is not allowed to violate these rights without the entrepreneur's permission.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes between the entrepreneur and the customer will preferably be solved in mutual consultation. If this is not possible, the customer may submit the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands.
14. Changes to the general terms and conditions
The entrepreneur reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the webshop and take effect from the moment of publication.
